An older property but very clean and kept up. Bed was comfortable and the bedding and towels good quality. Microwave and heating/cooling unit in the room worked well.
Easy walk to food and coffee.

The rooms are clean and the service is good—overall, a practical place to stay in Duncan. However, what’s eye-opening and a bit nerve-racking is the number of homeless people around the property, with some even sleeping in the parking lot. While the hotel itself is fine, the surrounding area can feel uncomfortable.

This is a good basic motel that unfortunately is in a scary neighbourhood. Room was clean and had good linens. Furniture was basic. It appears the owners do their best to maintain the place. It’s unfortunate that adjacent buildings are boarded up or burned out with a number of street dwellers hanging around.
