Péssima experiência.
Pegamos um quarto frente mar. As cortinas não fechavam direito, então o sol entrava logo cedo no quarto. As janelas não vedavam o som, e por isso fazia um barulho que atrapalha demais o sono. Os travesseiros são péssimos, o que também prejudicou. Tinha uma barata morta, presa na caixa da porta do banheiro. Aparentava que estava há um tempo lá. Não recomendo. Não retornarei.

O hotel obviamente não é novo mas os quartos (que são o que importa) estão reformados. Ponto positivo: A equipe de atendimento. TODOS os funcionários com quem travamos contato foram super simpáticos, atenciosos e sabiam o que estavam fazendo. Desde a recepção até a camareira, fomos sempre atendidos prontamente e com procedimento. O pessoal da recepção sempre sabia o que fazer em todas as nossas solicitações. Pontos negativos (o que pesou na baixa avaliação do conforto): O ar condicionado é central e apesar de existir um controle no quarto, não é possível ajustar a temperatura. Maceió é uma cidade quente, então, se o ar fica desligado, o quarto fica quente, mas se deixamos ligado, o quarto fica muito frio. A noite, ficamos embaixo dos cobertores, então não é tão ruim, mas durante o dia (precisamos passar a tarde no hotel por causa de mudança no nosso voo), tínhamos que ficar desligando e ligando o ar. Tem um barulho de fundo contínuo, que persiste dia e noite. Vem do telhado do hotel. Suponho que sejam as máquinas do ar central trabalhando. Esse barulho de fundo incomoda. Diminui o conforto acústico.
