A Pousada Aquarela do Brasil é excelente. Tem uma entrada pequena e recuada, mas quando você entra tem uma bela surpresa. Tem uma área agradável do café da manhã. Cama grande e confortável, quanrto tem TV smart e ar split e frigobar. Tudo super funcional e muito limpo. O café é simples, pórém tudo fresco e gostoso. Compatível com a tarifa. Sinal de internet excelente e super pertinho da orla e comercios. Super recomendo. Cuidado pra nao conundir com a pousada ao lado, que tem nada a ver com a Aquarela.

PÉSSIMO TRATAMENTO PARA COM O HÓSPEDE

Uma falta de respeito e compromisso com o hospede, não tinha edredom e nem toalha de rosto pois a informação passsa è que a pousada tinha sido vendida e nao tinha esses itens, um absurdo passar por isso, iríamos renovar por um preço e ao final um atendente super desinteressado, acho que era espanhol, não fez nada para nos ajudar, atendimento foi horrível desse recepcionista, me sentir lesado por pagar por algo que não nos deram a minima, nunca mais voltarei a esta pousada, não indicarem para ninguem e se eu puder falar mal eu irei falar, ao final de tudo fomos para outro hotel pois o atendente não fez nada, nada para nós atender, horrível estadia, péssimo atendimento, péssimo ambiente e muita falta de profissionalismo e respeito com o hospede. Gostaria de ter um retorno, por tudo que passei de ruim nesse local.

Vale o custo x benefício

O café da manhã é simples. Achei os sucos aguados, preferi comprar um e tomar o meu. No início da hospedagem pedi para trocar de quarto e depois para trocar de colchão (eram velhos, estavam deformados). Prontamente fui atendida pela excelente equipe do hotel. Super solícita e educada. Sem dúvida nenhuma, voltaria pelo tratamento que recebi deles.

A Happy Stay in Maceio!

It was difficult to find unless you know the area but loved our stay there. Staff are lovely people, really helpful and friendly. I would recommend this place to anybody!
