It was quiet and restful with easy access to the beach which was delightful. It was sandy and also there appeared to be no rocks or stones on the seabed which made it ideal for swimming.

We liked the design of the resort alot. This is designed in an elliptical shape with strategically designed trees and ponds. All the ground floor rooms have a balcony door that enters directly into the pool! The rooms and furniture and walls seemed newly painted. The toilets and everything was as good as new! Strongly recommend this. You step put of the resort and you are directly on the beach! Plus they gave us extra tea and coffee and water bottles at no cost.

I do not recommend stay at Arinara Bangtao because of rude personel and really poor service. However location is really nice, close to sea side and beautifull Bangtao beach but me and my friends are not satisfated with hotel service. Also food is disgusting!! Breakfast is included and its really poor, food is the worse quality. Once we pay for dinner buffet and was the same food like from breakfast, waiter ask us for somethnig to drink, we order orange juice (additional 80 THB). And it wasn't juice, it was some disgusting horrible sweet syrup. We wanted to make late check out, only one hour longer to stay and reception told us that we need to pay extra 1 000 THB for this one hour (sic!).

My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights upon arrival to Phuket from England. We got a taxi from the airport and arrived at around 10pm, we pulled up to be wowed by the open reception and overly helpful staff rushing to greet us and take our luggage. We stayed in the premier suite which i HIGHLY recommend, it was on the top floor with a balcony facing the pool and ocean. Due to its location, out of the way of reception, we had the peace and quiet we required after the long trip. The photos online do not do the room justice, it is HUGE. The suite had a queen size bed and pillowed seating near the window, (i literally did cartwheels between the two theres that much space), and the second room had two large sofas and tv with mini fridge/coffee making facilities etc. opening to the balcony. There was always somebody who could speak English. We used the games room for a little table tennis and pool on our downtime. The breakfast changed daily so as not to get bored. The restaurant was spacious and relaxing, not many people as it was "rainy season", though we had clear skies at 30+degrees sunshine. Literally steppable to the white sands and blue ocean where you can relax if you dont fancy the two pools and a hut on the beach to book tours if you fancy. We booked the phuket fantasea with ease which was a real experience! The guy in the hut was friendly and good to chat too for info. Will be recommending to friends and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed 6 nights at Arinara Hotel. It was difficult to find by road and not signed unlikely many of the nearby hotels.Hotel welcome was friendly albeit we were a bit disappointed by the location of our room, no view just looking out over the reception area. Biggest criticism was service in restaurant, not enough staff and the hotel simply could not cope with the number of guests and the amount of food being consumed by the mainly Russian clientele. We did not eat in any of the restaurants in the evenings and chose to go to a couple of nearby restaurants which were reasonable. The location on the beach was good and the beach is great just need to walk away from the hotel to find a bit of space. I won't be going back but if you are looking for a budget hotel it is fine just go to breakfast early!
