Beautiful resort with friendly and attentive staff. The one bedroom villa was a little sanctuary, and the high tea and cocktail happy hour at Club Millésime was a welcome inclusion. The spa ambience was lovely and we had a very relaxing massage.The gym facilities were clean and well maintained. We enjoyed the walk along the picturesque beach to the blowhole and Bali Collection. Would absolutely love to visit again.

Nusa Dua was the place we needed to relax by the pool away from the normal hustle and bustle of Bali, The Sofitel was the perfect hotel for this. The staff were amazing . Especially at the pool. The food was a bit disappointing

Stunning resort! The service is impeccable and so are the facilities! Have recommended it to friends and would be happy to stay again. Breakfast was stunning, beautiful pool and beach access.
The only couple of small negatives, which are tiny - the room some of the things feel a little dated although the resort is not old, the balcony didnt lock properly and curtains were slightly too narrow for the window. Aircon can not be turned off unless you open the balcony door. Which was uncomfortable as i didnt always want it on but didnt also want the humidity and heat from outside.

The hotel was beautiful. Perfectly maintained, everything worked, and we wanted for nothing. The staff always gave us extra bottles of water after we asked the first time, and because of our special needs son, they changed our bedding several times a day without ever complaining.
Service was incredible.
My only complaint is the food could have been better. And the breakfast buffet is served in an area with no air-conditioning, so you just wantbto eatvand run, to get out of the heat.
