I stayed for a few days recently and found everything to be excellent. Whilst the room was small, it was definitely adequate and had the amenities that I needed. On checking in, the lady who took care of me was lovely and very helpful, especially moving my room to ground floor due to my mobility issues. She didn’t need asking, just helped me out regardless. She took my case for me and showed me my room and explained where things were. Can’t fault my stay and experience with them. Would definitely recommend. Thank you Oddfellows Inn. 🔝Marks.

We were right in the town centre, which made it convenient for shopping and places to eat. We felt very welcome and at home. The facilities were clean and very comfortable, and all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We would stay again at the drop of a hat!

Stayed in Room 4. Small room and ensuite bathroom. The room was clean, and there were tea and coffee facilities. There were however a number of maintenance issues, the lock on the door was loose, the rack to hang your clothes on had come loose at the top end. Looking at previous reviews these issues were picked up on a review posted two years ago. The main light would only occasionally work if you banged the light fitting (not ideal as this could be due to loose wires). Shower had very little flow and was more of a drip than a shower. We thought the nightly rate was high for the standard of the property and lack of breakfast.

Overall good stay but some improvements are needed

The checkin was fast and efficent, the room and bed were comfortable. The pillows were stained and the fridge had a mouldy smell when you opened it. I was dissapointed that the bar stopped serving by 5:00 on a Saturday. As we only arrived at 4:30. The staff were friendly and the entertainment was good.
