The building was really cool, and we loved the entrance and coffee shop on the main level. Check-in was easy with a code (keyless). Unfortunately we could not get any hot water in our room, and ran the water for 10 mins before having a freezing cold shower.

Very convenient in the middle of DTLA. Close to staples center, lots to eat. Hotel was an old school feel loft style with a cool view of the city. Only thing they could do is have higher and better beds.
