My reservation wasn't found in this property also was full ( as the attendanceguy, informed us). So we need to look around to find another hotel. I contacted travelocity and they refund my money. But I will recommend to call before your arrival to confirm your reservation from the hotel ( from travelocity was confirmed). I never had any problems before this one.

Overall it served the purpose of my trip which was just for sleeping however I didn't like the fact that there were no electrical outlets at the head of the bed. The location of the hotel seemed very good to me since from there I was able to walk to the main attractions of the city center.

Horrible, staff wasn’t helpful or friendly. I had booked a two bed room and was giving a one bedroom room. I asked if there were any two bedroom rooms since I booked one for two beds. The lady was giving me such a hard time to switch me to a two bedroom room. Kept asking me why would I want a two bedroom room when it’s only me. The room was horrible. Water flooded not even a minute into showering. Bed sheets had holes and smelled awful. Internet doesn’t work. Tv remote didn’t work. Overall horrible

La recepcionista de la tarde era súper amable. Ella, la ubicación, y las camas que son súper cómodas, es lo único bueno. Nos salieron cucarachas dos veces, una gigante en la habitación y en general había cucarachas en los pasillos. No exagerado tampoco, solo si ves una por ahí y por allá. El hotel en sí no está incómodo pero la limpieza si deja mucho que desear. La recepcionista de la noche-madrugada, no debería de trabajar ahí si no le gusta su trabajo. Grosera y se enojaba de tener que abrirnos la puerta (presionando un botón desde su recepción) cuando salíamos en la mañana (6am) a trabajar. Muy muy muy mal servicio. La ubicación es muy buena, podría ser un hotel muy bueno pero parece que la administración lo tiene muy descuidado. El desayuno es bueno también.

Las habitaciones muy muy pequeñas, nada que ver con sus fotos, en la aplicación me indicaba habitación doble y me dieron sencilla y un mini bañoy el personal de mala gana indicó que si reservo por Expedia no está obligado a facturar, pésima atención no hay despensero de agua en el lugar y hay mucho ruido dentro de las instalaciones

A la llegada no tenían la reservación tampoco tienen 2 camas matrimoniales como dice el anuncio además de que había cucarachas y en la regadera no se va el agua por la coladera se va va muy despacio así que era desagradable ! Lo único rescatable fue el desayuno muy bueno!

La recepción check in y en check out muy bien muy amables. Pésimo el servicio de cocina. Dice 8am y comienzaron 8:30 mas el tiempo para servir al resto de mesas. A nosotros no nos atendieron mejor tuvimos que desayunar en otro lado. Esta bien ubicado es lo único bueno.
