Facing the afternoon sun it would have been uncomfortably hot given theres no air conditioning. Thankfully when I complained they gave me a better room - like the picture

Prior to arrival no one answered the phone while trying over 3 hours to confirm or booking , Great looking building but the lack of service at front desk check in along with the terrible effort within the room ie furnishing is all disappointing , we have stayed in both the hotel and apartment style at the Ovolo Canberra We have recently also stayed at the QT hotel across the road ... both deserve a poor review We will give the Hyatt a go next time
