A stay away from the kids.
Great last minute stay away from the kids. Room was comfortable, we got fresh clean towels as we arrived and front desk service was great.

The room smelled horrible but was remedied by management using an entire can of air freshener.
The bathroom exhaust fan was duct taped to ceiling.
The bathroom had visible dirt and grime around shower and on walls.
The beds had clearly been slept in and included hair and stains.
The smoke detector had been ripped from the ceiling with wires hanging.
The floor was dirty and sprinkled with empty candy wrappers.
We checked out within an hour.
Note: Management initially denied a refund, but did offer another room. We declined. Travelocity stepped in and management confirmed my complaints and a refund was issued.

Perfect for teams
We stayed here for a travel basketball tournament. That meant a lot of families with kids. We were all very happy with our rooms and the friendliness of the staff. There is a large outdoor seating area where we were able to have dinner together as a team and the boys were even able to hold a practice. There is security at night as well! That made me fee even more comfortable with our stay!

Check in was a breeze, room was nice and clean. Chose this hotel because of location. Was right off freeway and right next to a Denny's restaurant (which is where i went for dinner and breakfast. Gated metal fence was a plus, makes hotel safer to stay.

The hotel was conveniently located off of I-45 and easy to find. Check in was a breeze and the employee was very efficient and friendly. Our room was clean but not spotless. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. I would stay there again.

Hotel in need of some attention!!!!!
I was looking forward to my stay, I pick this hotel according to the ratings. The service was good, the location was satisfactory, but my biggest concern were the roaches. I stayed 3 days and the roaches increased each day. This could be a good hotel, but the roach problem needs attention fast. 😩😩😩

Saldo retenido de Tarjeta de credito
Al momento de arribar al hotel el administrador hizo un cargo a mi tarjeta de credito, sin importer que hubiera pagado en efectivo. Al revisar que se me habia hecho el cargo a mi tarjeta le pregunte al administrador por este cargo lo cual respondío que el cargo solo era una garantia para el hotel y que se me iba a regresar al momento de hacer check-out, lo cual no pasó.
Tengo levantada una aclaración con el banco por que hasta la fecha este saldo sigue pendiente y se encuentra retenido. quisiera pedir su apoyo para la aclaración de esta situacion

The room was spacious & modern. Breakfast was nonexistent so be prepared to get your own before your day starts. Cereal & stale bread only. The stay was still pretty decent.

My host was very helpful. As I had hurt my knee that afternoon, he assigned me to a downstairs room that was fully handicap accessible. It was just what I needed. He was especially helpful in seeing that I got settled in.
