The wash sink had a broken hose. We were told to move to another room at night but it was difficult for us the pack. No compensation for the inconvenience.

Location close to central station. noisy. Hot summer night. Air conditioning did not work properly - no cooling. Open window? Too noisy from train tracks below.

Don’t get room by the train tracks
Nice hotel, close to city center, but the room was extremely hot and told front desk about the blower was not working, and possibly due to language barrier said ohh well, open window and it will cool off. Problem was the window was literally right next to train track, screeching brakes,
