This is an excellent hotel with ideal location for skiing..big reception and warm and comfortable seating areas… staff is really friendly… the only thing we didn’t like is slightly dated sofa in the room… but other than that highly recommended with really helpful staff

Excellent experience in Cervinia
So the hotel was really nice had really nice views of Matterhorn and the room was really big. The bathroom was a bit on the small side and we never really ate at the restaurant so I can’t really rate the restaurant however, the breakfast was excellent and the ski room closet was excellent. Overall we had a really good experience

Wonderful staff, Perfect Amenities
Booked it last minute and showed up to find a friendly George checking us in. Due to a last minute arrival, our room was not ready right away. However, within moments we were whisked away to our room which was very clean, comfy and easy to get to. Being on motorcycles we like to keep them close. Ciprio the manager allowed us to park near the entrance in a safe and secure spot. Very grateful for this! Michele hosted us with smiles and was very kind during our quick trip. It was my husband’s 40th birthday and while we went to the sauna and steam room (great after a long ride) we returned to our room with a bottle of Prosecco on ice from the staff to celebrate. Gestures like this go a long way and people in hospitality make hotels what they are. This was kind and we were so tickled to be seen and cared for by the lovely team at the hotel. You can’t beat the location - walkable to restaurants and shops and also at the base of the mountain. Highly recommend.
