Front desk staff was more catering to Indian nationals vs US or foreign visitors. We had to reactivate our key card at least 15 times in our 11 day stay. They would comment that we deactivated the key by keeping it too close to the phone - we explained that it was in the wallet. They looked at us as if we are lying. They even came up to check and still didn't believe us. Housekeeping staff was extremely nice.

Good stay but with an odd experience!!
The stay was comfortable and the room was good. I wanted to extend my stay by one additional day and neither the reception nor the Duty Manager could help me. It was quite odd as every other similar hotel would have simply added the additional day and closed it. I finally got it done through an online aggregator and my stay was seamlessly extended in the same room. Left me wondering what the issue was in the first place. I wish they had done a better job with this aspect.
