Check in staff lovely. Room extremely basic. Walls like paper and next door were up all night and we could hear what they were talking about through the walls. Enamel on bath coming off showing black holes. Beds like rocks. No AC and fan requested was charged for. Thank goodness we were staying only one night

Could not fault, fantastic stay
Staff are amazing and so helpful, i was a little disappointed as had booked a pool view room but didnt get one, staff offered to change room on day three but we did not want the disruption, could not fault a thing. Great location, relaxing, food in the bar was lovely and reasonable would definitely recommend

Easy going stay to discover puerto del Carmen
We enjoyed our stay in panorama appartment. It is convenient, well placed and comfortable.
We had several trips to geria, el golfo, yaiza.

Happy holiday break before Christmas
The staff we're very friendly and knowledgeable.
The half board option worked well ,you could swap dinner for lunch should you need to eat earlier.
Really enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate stopping again once this COVID issues are addressed and we can travel without ristrictions

Hôtel très bien placé, accès à la plage à pied et proche de tous commerces et restaurants. Piscine agréable et spacieuse. Accueil chaleureux, personnel disponible et serviable. Chambre avec vue agréable sur piscine, mais manque un peu de confort, notamment une très mauvaise isolation phonique et literie fatiguée.
Très bon rapport rapport qualité/prix malgré tout.

Great stay as always and great to get back to the sun and Panorama !! we always enjoy our stay /staff great and helpful only slight moan no fresh towel after 5 day and also room not cleaned in 5 day? but overall we will always return

Cheap and cheerful
Stayed with a friend for 5 nights. It is a small complex with a good sized pool and plenty of sun loungers. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. The room was small and basic but had what we needed. The bathroom was in need of some TLC and smelt of damp / drainage which wasn’t very pleasant but the shower was good. The room didn’t have any air conditioning which made night time very uncomfortable and we struggled to sleep. We went in October but would be unbearable in the summer months. Apartments are in a good location, close to restaurants and shops. Overall the apartment was cheap for our stay did the job but would need to stay in a complex with air con next time.

It’s was a lovely place to stay. Adult only so nice and relaxed. Pool was lovely and a great eating place for food/drinks linked to it. The location was perfect to beach of Playa Grande and Playa Chica. Highly recommend and although do like to try other places out wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again…bravo

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel located in great area with good access to main strip and old town. Only complaint is there was not enough sun umbrellas at the pool other than that great place to stay

El apartahotel es muy cómodo. Las habitaciones con un diseño y decoración algo antigua pero en buen estado y cuidadas. Buen mantenimiento. El gimnasio estaba funcionando y tenías que apuntarte para no coincidir con nadie y tener la sala solo para ti. El restaurante está bastante bien, con buenos desayunos muy abundantes y variados a buen precio. Personal muy atento y amable.
