Maintenance of the hotel is not the best one. There is a “heavy air” in the room and toilet. Ventilation is missing. Also the area is not safe, so you are basically locked in your room.

The hotel is very nice and clean. We asked for gluten free breakfast when we made the reservation, but there was no gluten free option available for the breakfast. The options available were not isolated and there was much cross contamination with bread

The receptionist at first lied to me saying she was going to provide a room with a view, as long as I waited longer for check in. However after she failed to do that, and I talked to the manager, he gave me the room with a view. This hotel also did not allow me to bring guests in my room unless I paid extra fees and waited in the lobby for a long time. Other than that food and price is reasonable

The hotel is new in the area. Area is up and coming, but is in an old part of the city. Lots of new construction around to better the area. Is 5 to 10 min drive to city center. Nothing in walking distance. Staff were very friendly. Hotel is clean and being maintained well.

I stayed here to celebrate my parents’ honeymoon and our last two nights in Brazil together. I’d arranged a special treat in their room, confirmed multiple times, yet it wasn’t delivered as promised. When I asked the concierge, they mentioned it should’ve been arranged directly on Intercity’s site due to full capacity. Since I enjoy using Expedia, I didn’t see the need to book through the hotel’s site. The treat did eventually arrive, but only well into our stay, which felt disappointing. Additionally, my room’s air conditioning didn’t work on the first night and was only fixed just before check-out. I later learned the previous guest had the same issue, so it was already known to the staff. On the positive side, breakfast was great, the common areas were lovely, and the night crew – concierge, maintenance, and valet – were attentive and professional.

very very close to the bus station. If you plan to take the bus the next day, it can be a great option for you. No restaurtants close to that place, so the best option is to use the hotel's cafe for dinner (buffet), which is not that bad. I was very surprised to see how many customers eating dinner at a hotel cafe! Due to the short distance to the bus station, it is not a very safe place with some traffic jams all the time. Overall, if your goal is to take a bus, it is a good choice.

Room booked for 3 ppl had two towels and two pillows, no soaps in bathroom, wifi is there, just is, bcus it works like dial internet from 90s, phone to contact front desk worked as well as wifi, so each time we had to make a trip downstairs, check-in & one more stuff member from parking acted like we are a huge inconvenience & are bothering them just by being there. place went downhill, not recommended

Descaso com a reclamação do Hóspede
Tive problema com o Ar Condicionado do Apto 901. Reclamei assim que percebi que o mesmo não funcionava e me disseram que iram solicitar ao setor de manutenção para que tomasse providências. Passei a noite sem dormir, mesmo após ter tomado quatro banhos. Nem tinha como abrir a janela para ventilar já que ela é lacrada. No dia seguinte voltei a reclamar e falei com o gerente responsável pela Manutenção e ele foi ao quarto e disse que iria resolver. Sai pra ir a Praia e quando voltei nada foi feito. Passei raiva mais uma vez já que ninguém deu atenção ao meu problema. No dia seguinte após dizer que acionaria o hotel judicialmente me mudaram de quarto, sendo que na recepção haviam me dito que não seria possível a troca pq estavam lotados. Achei um descaso para com o cliente. Tirando isso a Limpeza foi impecável e o Café da manhã é mto bom.

Atendimento precisa de uma ajuda!
Já estive outras vezes no hotel, e dessa vez foi a pior experiência! Primeiro que, logo no dia inicial fomos desfrutar da área da piscina e estava em obras, cadeiras e mesinhas bastante sujas, e sem toalhas. Ligamos a recepção e nos mandaram toalhas e perguntamos sobre algum serviço de comida na área da piscina, descemos conforme recomendação e fizemos o pedido a cozinha. Que prontamente nos informou que levaria o pedido até a piscina para ali comermos. No meio de nossa refeição fomos parados por um senhor e um “guarda vidas” que estava apenas esperando dar o horário para sair dali, que não poderíamos comer. Meu marido foi abordado frente a todos que ali estavam, como se nós tivéssemos feito algo errado, sendo que quem trouxe a comida foi a própria equipe de cozinha, e tinham ciência de que ali comeríamos. Foi muito constrangedor. Nos demais dias café da manhã bem básico, poderia ter mais opções, serviço de quarto foi solicitado por duas vezes para conseguir travesseiros extras. Enfim, outras experiências não agradáveis com o pessoal. Esperamos que melhore
