Cannot say enough good things about this beautiful hotel and wonderful staff. We stayed for 5 nights, we had originally booked a junior suite with jacuzzi but upon arrival were informed that we had been upgraded to a honeymoon suite which just made our stay all the more perfect. The staff are so friendly and welcoming, breakfast was included which was lovely and plenty of options, the property is spotless and our room was perfect, we had a fantastic stay. A short walk to the left from the hotel brings you to some lovely bars and restaurants with a beautiful view and to the right it is about a 15 minute walk down to Fira. Would highly recommend this hotel!

Good location on Santorini, easy walking distances to Fira, shops and restaurants. Incredible and beautiful views from every room. Excellent buffet breakfast and very amenable and friendly staff. A lot of steps to encounter (no elevators) and Santorini is particularly hilly. Be prepared for walking, although Imerovigli (where Pegasus is located) is the high part of Santorini. Requires moderate fitness if you want to walk around the area.

Wonderful staff, beautiful location
A wonderful place to say, the staff are so attentive and cater for your every need. There was help around whenever you needed. The room and balancing with hot tub was stunning, it’s a shame the weather wasn’t great, I wouldn’t recommend travelling in May to Santorini. Be warned there are steps/ inclines everyyywhere! Take comfy shoes. But can’t fault the breakfast, John was superb. Room & staff were perfect. Lovely family run hotel and only a 10 minute walk to the capital Fira, so a lovely location.
