Nice room river view. We stayed because of price point. Walmart Mexican restaurant at Wal-Mart exit. Good a little pricey but treat.

Nice location and pleasant room
It was a little inconvenient that the office was not open after 10. We had to email a photo of drivers license and credit card, and pick up our key from a dropbox. Then when we arrived in our room, it was only a queen size bed. Our reservation said that the room slept three. I don’t know if this is Expedia‘s fault or the hotel‘s fault, but our eight-year-old son had to sleep with us. There was no couch or futon. That being said, the clerk that I spoke with was very pleasant and accommodating, and the bed was very comfortable. The shower had flow issues, but it did get us clean. Overall, we felt like it was a good value, but we wouldn’t stay there again unless we were very sure we could arrive before 8 PM.

Will not stay again
The customer service was greatly lacking. We had requested adjoining rooms but we were in 2 separate buildings, a parking lot in between us. The hot tub was chilly but the jets worked well but you basically had the hurry back to your room to take a hot shower to warm up. We were awakened about 1:00 a.m. to a couple having a heated argument for 45 minutes. The shower and tub were new wich was nice. The trim on the back window rattled all night with the wind.

I enjoyed our stay. Everyone is so nice and helpful. I stay here several times a year! My mom lives close enough to walk to visit and I love that. My room was clean, had air conditioning, the pool and hot tub are awesome.
