Room was in rough condition. Bathroom door didn’t close. Toilet paper holder was broken from the wall. Other patches done were painted but never sanded. Carpet was dropped over existing floor but not installed. Refrigerator had something leak, dry on the bottom, and it was still there. We had a reservation scheduled for our return trip and we canceled and booked at another location.

Woke up to 3AM to bed bugs crawling on the bed. We both had bites on us. Left immediately, let the person at the front desk know and he gave us a full refund. Staff was awesome and the room wasn’t terrible but bed bugs are the worst. Be warned.

This place is right off the interstate, but is located in a quiet beautiful area with views of the mountains. The owners are great people and keep the place clean and are always around if you need anything.

First day couldn't check in until 7:30...was there at 3pm. They overbooked the room and had to wait until the other person got off work and then wait for them to clean the room. Only one person on site to run the office and vlean rooms. Took him 2 hours to clean.
