Only things I noticed was the water pressure was not great on cold taps, shower & toilet, often had to throw a bowl of water down the loo as flush was not enough. The water pressure in the ladies changing room in gym was much better than the shower in my room

Property is extremely dated and very little investment made. Lift doesn't work, some of the leisure facilities haven't worked for days. Fantastic location and access to the beach through the gardens. The outside pool was freezing when the outside temp was 20+, was defo not heated. The electric shower was disconnected with no warning, the sink was blocked that should of been picked up, the sofa lost a lot of pudding, the phone doesn't work, the fire alarm went off at midnight for 5 sec, windows are dirty. The property feels like it hasn't moved from the 1970s. If you want no frills with a leisure centre and easy access to the beach, this is an ideal property.
