The hotel was situated a couple of miles out of sorrento, which suited us as it was peaceful. Easy to get to on regular bus service to sorrento. Our room was lovely and had a large balcony were we could see both Capri and Mount vesuvius. The breakfast included was good with lots of choice. The is tea and coffee sache in rooms however a coffee pod machine would have been a nice touch as we had one in previous hotel which made a big difference. Woukd recommend thought as nice hotel and friendly staff.

The property is beautiful. It's a little further from the city center of Sorrento and you definitely need a car to get there. We received video instructions on check in procedures and the hotel reached out way in advance to provide instructions. They were helpful in recommending restaurants since the on-property restaurant was closed on a Wednesday night. The breakfast is included and was really good. We enjoyed the room but would have liked a bigger comforter or another blanket since it got chilly at night.

Lovely small hotel with great staff

Great family-owned hotell with very friendly and helpful staff. Their bistro was very good and the room was clean and nice. The only limitation is that there are no sidewalks along the very narrow road, so geting to beaches in a safe way requires a car or taxi/bus.

Family run, who were very freindly and accommodating. Spoke excellent English Rovotiana the meeter and greeter couldn't do enough for you. If your looking for a quiet and stunning location, look no further the Melrose relais. We will definitely return again.
