Fees & policies

Mandatory fees

• A tax is imposed by the city and collected at the property. This tax is adjusted seasonally and might not apply year round. Other exemptions or reductions might apply. For more details, please contact the property using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 November to 31 March, EUR 0.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.
• A tax is imposed by the city: From 1 April to 31 October, EUR 3.00 per person, per night, up to 7 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 18 years of age.

Optional extras

• Airport shuttle service is offered for an extra charge of EUR 150 per vehicle (one-way. Maximum occupancy 4)
• Train station pick-up and train station drop-off services are offered for an extra charge
• Late check-out can be arranged for an extra charge (subject to availability)

Children & extra beds

• Babysitting is available for an extra charge
• Cots/infant beds are available for EUR 10 per day
• Rollaway beds are available for EUR 35 per day
• All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport

Parking

• Self-parking costs EUR 15 per day

Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)

• Pool access available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Children under 15 years old are not allowed in the swimming pool without adult supervision
• Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
