Room was clean and spacious but they could have made better use of the space. The staff were sufficient but no real interest. Disappointingly, there was the car park tax which many hotel employ these days but at least it was secure. Breakfast was buffet style which isn’t my first choice. Room was very good. Excellent choice of breakfast items. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Only drawback was in the bathroom. I am disabled and the walk-in shower needed a handrail and a shower mat for safety. I am sure we will be back sometime,it’s very convenient for bus or train travel.
