Lovely staff, helpful. Scott and Naz were great when we checked in. Breakfast was good; no toast/pastries for anyone with any allergy but not a great surprise. Cooked breakfast was good and chose what we knew should be allergen friendly. Room was clean and spacious. We had a family room. We will be back soon.

Room itself was fine. Very dated, surely still not finished upgrading. The bathroom wasnt the best. Noisy from above, not sure if its staff room above room 204 but all we heard feom early morning was heavy footsteps and creaks from the floor upstairs. Staff were friendly. Hotel room was warm enough but the bar and resturant was airy. Ive been before, would book again but still a lot of work needed for updating the place

Really nice stay, reception staff were friendly and helpful! We got a wee upgrade which was lovely! Couple little maintenance things that needed attention in the room and there was a smell outside the room which was very off putting but maybe from the nearby toilets 🙄 All round lovely stay for the price and really central location!

Ideal location when travelling by train or bus as both stations are opposite the property. Parking is behind the hotel it's charged but discounted if a hotel guest. Room was spacios and comfortable.

Just got back from hotel spent too nights with my grandson,room was clean beds comfy and little fridge in room which was good.what they really need is fans in rooms in this heat which would really help.i had a room facing union square very noisy as had to keep window open all the time because of heat.breakfast was fine everything you need to eat for breakfast but again very very hot in breakfast room.if I went back I would ask for a room away from street if any.but all in all enjoyed my stay

Hotel lobby and communal areas looked nice room ok large but sparse with couple bits of cheap furniture and squeaky floor beds. Bathroom disgraceful wall tiles dirty needed re grouting floor tiles broken mirror so damaged couldn't see through it tsp broken large dirty chips out of bath.
