Unpleasant Customer Service
Room was terribly hot, estimated at over 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Window vent was only the size of a shoebox, so not much ventilation was possible. Airconditioner was disabled due to it being winter. Older gentleman at front desk was extremely rude and condescending when I asked if there was a way to make the room cooler. Very unpleasant experience.

It was too dirty and everything was not readying to stay someone at the hotel. There are too many ants. Also, a bed was very uncomfortable so we couldn’t take a rest time. We wasted time ans money... we don’t recommend to stay at this hotel. It was the worst hotel.:(

Great location
The hotel is about 50 meters away from "exit 5" of Busan Station and there is a taxi station right in front of it. I found it quite convenient for my sightseeing tour.
The building is a bit old but the rooms are OK, small but acceptable.

This is no 3-star hotel. 1.5-star motel at best.
The good: location.
The bad: seedy area. Insufficient command of English of the front desk staff.
The ugly: cleaning is superficial, hair on mattress, in the bath tub, on the floor. Boogers on the wallpaper. The room stinks of old tobacco smoke. A single-person room is tiny and the window faces the wall of the adjacent building. This is a love motel, disgusting and dingy.
