Room was clean. Towels and toiletries were available in room and whenever we needed more we asked reception who then got the workers to drop off to our room. Very nice staff on reception and the cleaners.

Best budget hotel for a solo traveler, about 10-15 mins walk to Haram. Toilet should have been a bit better, Experienced an electric spark in the water and tap whenever have to open it.

The rooms were mostly clean but this is the best you can get for budget friendly stay.
Average 20 minutes Walk to Masjid al Haram
The staff and reception was open 24/7, and behavior of the staff was excellent.
But the carpets were a little bit dirty.
Hot water was available always
I was a little bit late to check out but they were lenient with me.

Staff was good however the room was not big enough for the three beds. Very tight space between the beds and beds and walls.
Washroom was tight as well, toilet seat was getting wet whenever,any one get showered.
Actually this was a double room in which three single beds were placed for three people.
Location was good in the sense that it took only 10 minutes to get into the Haram/ Kaaba.

Better than I expected, although it is around 15/20 min walk from Al haram it was really affordable and had all the things you needed nearby. Inshallah I’ll stay here again when Allah calls me.
