Stayed in the two bedroom apartment for 3 nights. Apartment is big with two bathrooms. Many eateries nearby. There is also a manicure shop and spas/massages nearby. For shopping, Cocopark is about 15-20mins walk.

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. Both the stays were for over 7 days. It’s comfortable little place. Breakfast is very basic average but enough to get going.

8/10 Very good

I’ve stayed here for the second time, each stay has been for a week minimum. It’s a good clean no frills apartment hotel. Ideal for business travelers who are spending less time in the room. The breakfast is quite basic but good enough to get going.

10/10 Exceptional

We stayed at Somerset Grandview Shenzhen for 5 nights. We enjoyed our stay. Units are spotless clean, staff are very helpful and friendly. I wish they spoke English as it would make communication easier. We mostly used google translate to communicate which was ok but direct communication would be better.

Centrally located. Near to most places of interest in Shenzhen. Highly recommended and will definitely come back next time I’m in Shenzhen.

6/10 Good

Its located in a old neighborhood and therefore the property itself is very old. Everything is functional and minimal. For the same price range we discovered you can get a much better location and newer property.
