8/10 Very good

Good stay, would definitely return. Room was clean, staff was friendly, stores and restaurants right across the road. There's really only 2 things I could complain about, but it didn't really impact my stay very much. One was the ceiling fan in the bathroom wasn't working. The other, I could feel the mattress on the bed is a bit old and overused. All in all, give it 9/10.

8/10 Very good

The room was clean including the bathroom and tub. Staff was very limited but good. Physical maintainence wasn't. Faucets were about to fall apart and the patking lot was full of litter and cigarette butts some very old . It was dark with one tiny light plus one bulb overhead. Easy fixes all to make 5 star budget stay. The location is great.

10/10 Exceptional

It is great that it is a proper motel: you can drive right up to your room unload your car and not go through to many doors or up down stairs. Staff are very help full and many restaurants are 10 min walking distance
