Great place to stay, staff needs to respect guests
Was on a business trip & when we started getting ready for an important dinner, we found Ants in our luggage, all over the bed, almost an infestation. Called front desk to move rooms & unfortunately Nick, was very rude and condescending and stated “it’s not a big deal”. We only asked for some to come document so it would be resolved. He continued to provide a rude and honestly disrespectful tone. The Maintence gentleman arrived (and stated that the room was recently fumigated but not very well. Up to that moment the hotel provided impeccable service, Leah at the restaurant was so pleasant & food was amazing. It’s unfortunate that one condescending “night manager” on an Ego trip ruined the entire day & visit. Note: we were scouting for a hotel to hold a conference for 60 people in September for a national brand. They lost a good amount of business.

Great hotel, be careful of the souvenir mugs
Location was perfect for our trip and everyone there was really nice. Five stars all around, but knocked one off because the last night the HVAC system was making a bunch of noise that kept waking us up. Then checking out, I decided to buy one of their coffee mugs and were displayed on the shelf. The lady at the counter did want to go in the back to get me a fresh one because she was alone up front, that’s understandable. But once we got to the next hotel on our road trip, I noticed the mug I was sold had a crack in it and leaks, so I had to throw away the $18 coffee mug. Disappointing.

Excellent Hotel Stay
This place is simply the best, they have excellent service from the time you check in all the way through the stay. I would highly recommend Seacliff. We keep returning here because the beds are comfortable, perfectly located to restaurants and the beach.

Great with a couple of suggestions for betterment
Wry comfortable for the most part but a few recommendations are below to make it better: - the bath tubs are too slippery so maybe install some slip-resistant strips or bath mats to prevent falls - would be nice to have microwaves in the room too besides a fridge - need additional hangers…there were only 3 I think in our room closet Other than these the room was excellent and it’s a pleasure for us to stay here as we are repeat customers. Wil.
