Staff were very friendly and helpful especially Melvin. The hotel had a small lift which was very useful for luggages and if your room was on a high floor. Our family room was very spacious and had a balcony too. Will gladly stay here again next time we are in Paris.

Beautiful hotel- rooms quite roomy and comfortable- odd to leave your key to your room each and every time you leave but one less thing to worry about I guess. Elevator is very Parisian and if your on top for the best view you have the stairs to walk up- definitely a taste of paris for sure!! I 10 minutes one way your at galleries Lafayette and Printemps or 10 min the other direction your on champs Elysee- beautiful and close to several metro stations

“This hotel had very small rooms, and the bathroom and toilet were so tiny that even one person could barely fit. There was a lot of noise coming from outside, and even when the neighboring room flushed the toilet, we could hear it in our room. I definitely wouldn’t give this hotel 4 stars.”

The front desk staff was super helpful and made our stay great. The room was very small and had some damage - light fixture pulled off wall and shelf which was loose and breaking from wall. The room was renovated though so looked great and all very clean - location was excellent for walking to lots of sights and transit.
