I cannot comment about the property conditions because I was unable to stay there. I can give high praise to the staff for their professionalism. At the last minute, my husband and I were unable to come to Singapore. I called the Sofitel to explain our situation and even though we were within the cancellation period, the hotel allowed us to cancel our reservation without penalty. We were very impressed and will definitely stay there the next time we are in Singapore.

Check in was horrible and took longer than it should. Breakfast was expensive and lacking in quality. Pastries were not up to standard to a 5 star hotel. Room was spacious but lack in amenities.
