Initially entering the hotel it looked very pleasant. However the two staff at reception were dealing with a customer query so I was not acknowledged for a time. Customer service could be better. Granted I arrived early in the morning due to a previous flight delay so staff might have been tired.
There was no information about the breakfast that was included
The room was ok, I thought it needed updating, my understanding is the hotel is fairly new so I was surprised it wasn’t as nice as expected
Good shower with good water pressure

It's not possible to access the hotel unless you arrive in the T2 terminal. If you arrive in T1 and are expecting to spend the night in the hotel, don't. You will be stuck outside until your flight is departing in less than 6 hours.
