Poor Quality I Regret Choosing for My Stay
Sure, here's a revised version of your review:
This is the first time in my life that I have hated a hotel. My negative experience began on the first day of my stay when I arrived at the hotel and tried to enter my room using a smart card. I had to try 10-15 times before it finally worked. Upon entering the room, I was hit with a wave of heat, and when I tried to turn on the AC, it was not working. When I went to the reception to complain, I was told that the hotel's main AC was only turned on when the manager deemed it necessary and that the air from outside should be sufficient for my needs.
To make matters worse, I also found out that my fridge was not working. When I brought it to the attention of the reception, they promised to fix it, but it remained broken throughout my 12-day stay. The bathroom was another issue, as it was filled with mold and there was a water leak from the ceiling in the shower. Even the gym was not up to par, with only one treadmill working and all other fixtures being rusty and stuck.
The final straw came when I tried to check out at 6AM to catch my flight. The guys at the reception started telling me that I hadn't paid, which caused a delay of half an hour and almost made me miss my flight.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Wouldn’t stay again
I spent the first two days without a key to my room. Every time I needed to enter my room, I was forced to go to the reception and to ask the receptionist to come with me and to open my room with his key. They never even said they are sorry about it.
The room was pretty dirty, dust everywhere and the overall cleanliness was on a low quality.
You cannot lock the room from the inside and I felt unsafe because of it.
The restaurant upstairs is good, and the service there is amazing. I loved the restaurant :)

Amazingly it is not a 5 star hotel as mentioned in here. Hotel is clean with easy access to the subway station. Breakfast is mediocre. They got extra charge for cafe latte for 5 manat in breakfast time which is odd for 5 star hotel. Tour from hotel was good and special thanks to Mr. Kamil. Anyhow it is recommended if you are expecting to get a good 3.5 of 4 star hotel in Baku not a 5 star hotel for sure.

Very comfortable stay at Point Hotel Baku
My wife and I had a very comfortable stay at Point Hotel Baku, 4 days.for business & pleasure. Very good location, near Baku State University and metro stop(10 minute walk). Staff was extremely friendly and helpful; room was pleasant, large, with a view of the Flame Towers; Breakfast was incredible: buffet style with many, many options. Restaurant on top floor was also really nice with view of the city. Highly recommended and will definitely return and stay here again.

Comfortable stay in Baku
My wife and I stayed at the Qafqaz Point Hotel since we were in Baku for a conference at Baku State University. The hotel is conveniently located in the neighborhood, about a 10-minute walk from the university. It has very large and comfortable rooms, the service of the staff was excellent -- whenever we had any questions, the staff members went out of their way to provide us with assistance. The wifi service was great, the rooms were quiet and good for sleeping. My main suggestion is that the bathrooms could use some better lighting, otherwise the room had everything that we needed. If you want a comfortable place to stay in Baku (away from the center of the city), then this is a very good option.

A good hotel, but it can be better.
It was good hotel and close to bus station, directly can go to city center, old city and 28 Meydani(square).
The carpet inside the room had a dirty spot, but the roome and services were clean.
I think this hotel is good to stay in Baku, but it is expensive and also it seems 4stars, not a 5 star hotel!
Internet in the room was good with high speed, but at the lobby no good with interrupts.
All the reception persons were kind and polite, but unfortunately no body knows enough information about the names of bus stations, both close to the hotel and the destinations.
In totaly, I surprised about Baku, because of the progress in civilization during 10 years ago until now.

Credit card conundrum
This hotel could not handle my Chase Bank credit card. They have the little hand-held card machines, and these things could not charge my card for some reason nobody knew why. We tried for 4 days. I called my bank several times to check, so I know the problem was not with my card. Finally I was forced to pay cash. I was quite upset.

Nice and Clean Hotel
It is nice and clean hotel. Hotel staf is so friendly.
Just I do not like last day breakfast. It was so poor. When I ask to hotel staf they say, now there are 7 people in hotel and we do not want to prepare big breakfast. (Previous days breakfast was super)
