    Ongoing project.

Hotel undergoing building work and we were not informed in advance. Coffee lounge not open. No car parking - had to use valet parking. No grounds to sit in.

    Family vacation

Pleasant hotel for our family vacation. I like that it waa away from the buisness of south lake. Friendly helpful staff, except the coffee barista, she was a bit rude. Hotel had many accomadmation inside i did not know about, like a game room, rooftop and outside jacuzzi. I would atay here again, and loved they had in room ac.

Very nice mini vacation in nice resort

We stayed 4day/3nights. Our first mini vacation since 3/2020 and our 1st time in Lake Tahoe. The resort is in a quiet location not too far from the main tourist area. We spent our time exploring the different areas around the lake. (+) Rooms very comfortable, clean and big enough for the 3 of us. Staff very friendly and helpful. (-) request a handicapped accessible room not available for first night but front desk assured us we will get one the next day, we were pleasantly upgraded to a 2 bedroom suite w/ accessible shower. but a bit outdated, in much need of bathroom renovations to comply with ADA accommodations.

Great rooms but valet car service ONLY

We booked one suite online for our large family and then found out it was really two adjoining rooms. Rooms themselves are lovely, enormous hot tub in each room is the regular tub. If you want to shower, you shower in the hot tub. Not for the physically challenged. Climbing in and out of the hot tub was an adventure but do-able. Minor cons include: all parking is valet ONLY. Be prepared to wait and wait with a crowd of others for your vehicle. There is also a small resort fee which should be waived since most amenities were closed for covid. Lots of reviews says the rooms are dated, which means you look at pink bathroom tiles but that also means the doorways and walkways are really, really narrow. We are not small people by any means and we spent the whole time bumping our hips and bellies and elbows squeezing thru the doorways in our rooms. Overall hotel was clean and in a safe area at the ski hill. Lake itself is close by which we liked. We would definitely stay here again with our family.

We will definitely be coming back!!!

The service was amazing and they were extremely helpful and accommodating. The room was amazing for a couple looking for a nice romantic get away! Had a sitting/living room area, then amazing jacuzzi tub in the middle (jets were not working due to them transitioning to newer tubs) but even so soaking in a huge hot tub was amazing! Then the sleeping area with a very comfortable bed, fire place and view of the South Lake Tahoe mountains! The hotel is not far from the lake, shopping and casinos. My wife and I will definitely be back!

    Will be staying there again.

My family loved it there. The room was spacious. The layout was odd, because the bathroom was in the middle but it worked in our favor because my 14 year old daughter had her own private space in the living area. The room was also nice and quiet. The check in staff were amazingly friendly as well as the valet. We ordered room service and dinner was delicious and delivered promptly. My only complaint is the coffee bar is closed on the weekend and I REALLY needed a latte, but that's it.

    Will definitely be back

We pulled in and were graciously greeted by a very professional valet driver who offered to help us with our bags. We proceeded inside and the lobby was absolutely beautiful they had the fire burning and the front desk worker was very kind and helpful she quickly got us checked in and gave us the key to our room. We easily found the elevators and made our way up to our room on the eighth floor. When we open the door to our room we were very happy with the outstanding condition the room was in. The room was very clean and spacious. There was a living room suite with a pull out bed, flat screen in the living room area in the middle of the room was an absolute huge tub however keep in mind the chats not working at this time so it’s just a soaking tub. In the room area was a very comfortable bed with a beautiful fireplace as well as another flatscreen TV. This room blew her expectations it was cozy and very comfortable. We can’t wait until our next stay. We were also able to make our way downtown the Starbucks isn’t far, We also found dinner at Applebee’s which was close and gambled a bit at Harrah’s which all was within a 10 minute drive from the hotel. The room did have a mini fridge so I do recommend bringing some snacks and drinks into your room enjoying the tub and having a great time at this cozy hotel.

Good place to stay if you do not mind the mirrors.

It was good, however the service was a little slow probably because of the pandemic. They had only few staff. The room we got just had too many mirrors. I think their interior designer got too crazy with mirrors. It's too much that you feel someone is watching you but then it's just your reflection.
