A short 2 night stay, the room was very spacious with 2 large single beds, tea/coffee making facilities and mini fridge. The buffet breakfast was very nice plenty of choice with hot and cold options. The restaurant meals were very nice, very tasty and well cooked and not overpriced. There was a small supermarket nearby but other than this there wasn’t a lot of other shops, cafes or restaurants nearby

Highly Recommended
Friendly staff, very helpful front-desk team, and an excellent breakfast. Multiple electric car and bike charging ports with easy access to local and regional trains, as well as bike paths. Plenty of parking, clean rooms, and comfortable beds. Perfect for a short stay in Leipzig or as a stopover point. Family friendly, but also good for solo and business trips with multiple meeting rooms available. Special thanks to the manager (whose name I unfortunately forgot to get) for her help in resolving an important special request.

Fantastic breakfast - EV charging with credit card
This the best "highway hotel" that I have stayed in, in Germany. There is a nice restaurant with very good food and an excellent breakfast offering with lots of local produce, which really surprised me.
Also, if you drive an EV there are two chargers activated by credit card so no hassle with QR codes etc.
I warmly recommend Hotel Windorf if you are traveling through or want to visit Leipzig and surroundings.

OK Hotel
Good value for the money but a bit far from city center on an Industrial area. 30 min with train to town. My room, a twin bedroom was big and with a nice balcony facing gardens. The bed wonderfully comfortable. The bathroom was a good size. Big minus for the lack of air condition on the room. Breakfast OK.

Only criticism was staff member knocking on door when I had "Do not disturb" sign on door after working all night.

Hard to understand how this could be a Best Western property. The hotel and room smelled bad due to moisture and the fact that there was no AC in the room or the lobby area. It was hot and pretty much unbearable. There were also no ice machines and no fridge in the room.

Frühstück war gut, die Unterkunft ist für ein 3 Sterne Hotel auch ok. Ansonsten war auch alles soweit sauber. Im Zimmer war kein Rauchmelder vorhanden.

Har I brug for en overnatning udenfor Leipzig og uden krav til hotellets stand og faciliteter, så passer dette hotel jer godt. Kvarteret er ucharmerende og hotellet er gammelt, tror dog at restauranten lokker folk til.

Äußerlich ist das Hotel in Ordnung, Personal meistens nett. Restaurant ist gefühlt 2,3 Klassen besser, als das Hotelzimmer vermuten lässt. Dieses ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, aber relativ sauber.
