Spa don’t belongs to the hotel!
Unfortunately, the hotel is not a wellness hotel as advertised in the pictures, but has a separate spa in the same building, for which you have to pay admission by the hour, which is not clear! For a couple, this can mean an extra €50 per day and you can't just pop into the pool for half an hour, you always have to pay for at least 2 hours. The hotel is otherwise clean. At breakfast you realise that money is being saved. And the reception was extremely unfriendly.

Fantastic stay in Prague. About a 7 min walk to Wensclas square for many food, shopping, and public transport options. The staff is friendly & the hotel is well maintained & very welcoming. The breakfast buffet is a great value for the price & the snack corner in the lobby is well stocked & a great addition. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and family, I will be sure to visit again!

Nice, clean and modern hotel in a good location. 10 min walking distance to Old Town. Possibility of checking in and out online. Good breakfast buffet. Big rooms with a bed and also a sitting area. Nice and clean bathroom with a big shower. We liked the game room with pool, table tennis and table kicker! The games were free of charge.

The property was very clean and modern, the room was toasty and warm with a radiator in the bathroom. What I didn’t like was the breakfast was a bit pricey for what it was and it seemed poorly communicated on the Expedia ad that the spa was separate from the stay (this was decently priced). Lovely hotel, short walk to main shops/river etc. staff were excellent. Breakfast was good, lots of selection! The spa is an extra expense & gets booked up early. It’s a shame that there’s no restaurant/bar area in the hotel, although they do sell cans/bottles/frozen foods/snacks in the lobby. Quite reasonably priced. All the staff were lovely & were happy to engage.

A 15 minute walk to Old Town and a 5 min walk to the trams or subway. Ales was awesome at the front desk as were the breakfast ladies. Highly recommended. Spa is worth it as well, except the earliest massages available are 3pm so just prepare for that if you’re planning a spa vacation.

Lovely hotel
We had a lovely 3 night stay. The bedroom and bathroom were nice and modern and exceptionally clean. The beds were very comfortable and we didn’t hear any noise from other guests. The breakfast we great, lots of choice, and a good choice of drinks too. The hotel is situated in a quiet location, not far from Wenceslas Square. I would definitely be happy to stay here again and would highly recommend it.
