Avoid.
Hotel was very loud, in unsafe are. There are a lot of drug dealers in the area trying to sell anything and everything. There are a lot of people hanging around the hotel at all hours. Also the hotel is right next flight path. Expect to hear airplane noises in the room. I did not feel safe going outside after dark. Service was very poor, rude and employees tryed to make extra money. Breakfest and cleanines of the hotel was good. Water pressure on the shower was very low. It would be hard to wash shampoo of the hair.

The Hotel is average but I was expecting a better service. It is not a free stay nor a cheap choice hotel. They have No room service what so ever if I wanted ice in the room I had to go downstairs or up in the roof top to get it. Not even a glass of water. Very clean. But expected more

The hotel was directly next to the airport, and just a walk across the street to the beach. The room was very large with a balcony overlooking the beach. My favorite part was the rooftop pool and bar. I asked for a drink that I had previously ordered that the bartender ran out of at the bar, and she went all the way downstairs to the restaurant on the first floor to get me one. (I didnt realize until she came back and told me, it was above and beyond). Incredible service at the pool. Also a great view from the pool with a beautiful sunset picture opportunity. Highly recommend.

The room was great. Just that you need to put the key card in a slot in order to have power - wich includes air conditioning. The restaurant is very ordinary. It's not a huge problem because there's an excellent restaurant at a 3 min walk (Zona Norte). But the breakfasts aren't good. The beach is at a 5 min walk, wich is great. Everything else is a bit far, but most of the time, there's drivers waiting at the door and they'll drive you for a reasonable price. Book your activities at the entry hall; it's cheaper than using apps. The pool on the roof is really nice. All in all, a good experience.
