You need to follow instruction to inform them before 11am for room cleaning service. One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. But the front desk still helpful and arranged clean towels for us that night.

The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room.

I was surprised at how run down the place was. I heard so many good reviews but was definitely disappointed. We had to change rooms due to cigarette smoke and half the outlet ports didn’t work. Also I asked to have the room made up and they didn’t.

The bed was very uncomfortable. Especially not good for someone who is recovering from a major surgery. The lobby on our floor also did not have the AC working, and the power was out at one point and seemed like management did not even know about it until we brought it up to them. Also, we didn’t receive a refund even though we left a week early than planned.

The design or the bath area meant that water kept hitting the bottom of the bath and splashing everywhere. The bath was very big and deep, not suutable for children or elderly to climb in and out. There's also no non-slip mat in the bath to prevent slip and fall. We also got static electricity from the toilet bidet which is so dangerous. The hotel sent a maintenance personnel to check but there was still static electricity after that. The kids became very afraid to use the toilet. Lastly, the bathroom had a persistent unpleasamt smell of urine around the toilet.
