The staff is professional, polite, and extremely helpful, especially Alex, Ezno, David, and Koeo, who go above and beyond to make your stay convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff was amazing. The bed was kinda hard and should I say that the following day of my stay I saw a blood stain on my bedsheet that I thought I bled. I called for room service and they were fast to change it. Overall my stay was great just wish they could put more effort in cleaning the room.

You need to follow instruction to inform them before 11am for room cleaning service. One day we were late and went to front desk to tell them at noon and turns out no cleaning or changing towel when we back at night. But the front desk still helpful and arranged clean towels for us that night.
