11 Aug 2026We loved that the hotel was a smoke-free, pet-free facility. The parking was easy and convenient and the interior courtyard was beautiful! Everything was clean and well appointed. We highly recommend a courtyard view room and plan to stay here again when we’re in Austin. The ample interior lighting and ceiling fan were greatly appreciated as this isn’t typical for a hotel. Thank you for an incredible experience.

6 Jul 2026All check in was done via text. The property is peaceful and right off of South Congress. The room was very clean and extremely well appointed. The structure is modern, somewhat minimalist. The common area is charming and has coffee as well as wine and beer.

11 Feb 2026Beautiful modern room with great amenities and very clean. The only downside is if you get a room that faces the street, you will hear the band playing from the bar across the narrow street.

30 Nov 2025The location was ideal for exploring SoCo and even walking downtown. The room was very comfortable and the amenities were first class. We loved the community room with on demand beverages and comfortable furniture. The oak trees on site were spectacular. We would stay here again.

19 Oct 2024I loved the peacefulness of this hotel and the location. While at the hotel you felt like you were in tranquil, out of the way place but you were actually a short distance from a great cup of coffee, ice cream, shopping and food. Loved everything about this hotel.

17 Nov 2025The hotel is beautiful. Confirm the address as they have sister hotels with the same name. The location at 110 Circle was very loud with music from the nearby club the one night we were there. Luxury furniture and amenities.

1 Dec 2025Great hotel, very easy check in and communication. Comfortable bed and amenities. Should note the local bar does live music until 10:00 on Sunday night. It sounds like a front row seat from room 3. Overall great experience. Felt like staying in a local apartment.

8 Jul 2024Charming and quiet right in middle of Austin. Parking in great. Walk to everything on South Congress. There are some pretty steep stairs at entry, but they were worth it IMO. Suites are charming and deck is absolutely wonderful.

25 Dec 2025Love the location (very walkable), design (Frank Lloyd Wright inspired!), and the cleanliness (spotless!). There’s a well-appointed common area that provides guests with free coffee/espresso, wine, and beer.
HOWEVER, pls note that folks with mobility issues might this location challenging. Also, and this is huge, the bathroom door opens directly in front of the bed. It’s glass, frosted so your significant other doesn’t get a free show, but it doesn’t offer a ton of privacy.

7 Jul 2024This is our second time staying here.
Great location
We were in room 4 which was too noisy.
Hot water was very limited on our first day for a shower
Took the do not disturb sign off but room wasn’t cleaned

23 Oct 2023Unique Hotel Experience Suits Specific Needs
The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The code-based access was nice. The lack of staff and/or a lobby was nice for this kind of trip. There are no amenities like a pool or a gym, but the proximity to South Congress is very nice. The White Tiger bar backs up to the hotel, but the music ended by 10:15 PM during our stay.
