Great location in the centre of Leeds plenty of shops and bars close by. Staff are cheerful and friendly, rooms are clean and bed was comfortable. Only gripe is could do with a better stocked tea/coffee tray but there is more supplies in reception

Lovely clean spacious room and Hotel. Perfect location for concerts at Leeds first direct arena. Breakfast not the best I've had, but ok for price. However it's only luke warm so if you like piping hot with fried eggs this is not for you.

Good Location for shopping at attractions in Leeds. Friendly Staff, very clean property. Having a car and parking was the only issue.

8/10 Very good

Great hotel, perfectly located for the arena and theatre. Excellent breakfast too. The only thing that lets it down is some of the staff, who can be reluctant to serve and try to rush you away quickly. Others though were friendly and helpful. The price at weekends can be overly inflated.

Comfortable stay here at ibis. I was in one of the king rooms which had a lot of space, great facilities and a very comfy bed. The only thing I will say is the TV is locked onto their own network, so if you want to plug in a console or firestick, it won't work.

Good hotel close to Leeds Arena. Room was a good size, beds were comfy and as it was a disability room the bathroom was a wet room, so very spacious. Breakfast was average, nothing special but ok.

Was meant to stay for 2 nights but due to bad weather I couldn't make it for the first night. I contacted the hotel and they were really good. When I finally arrived, the staff let me check in early and we're really friendly and helpful. Room was clean and wellaintained. Great location for the first direct arena and city centre

10/10 Exceptional

Clean, comfortable and quiet stay. Nice big towels and great smart TV, which you can cast to from your phone as well. Delicious and convenient coffee/hot chocolate/tea freely available in the lobby - though regular checks would be good to make sure there are enough clean mugs - as well as being able to make hot drinks in the room, and a nice chilled area to sit in. Appreciated the security of needing a room key to access the lift/stairs. Super convenient location - it's opposite the FirstDirect Arena and only a few minutes walk from town. Great value for money, would recommend and stay again!

The hotel and room were spotless, bed was very comfy, only issua was when I went to check in, my booking wasn't there, I showed my booking confirmation at reception but didn't look interested, luckily, someone else over heard and came over, they said they'd had it before that the name had changed when booking, and he found it
