No rooms!
There was a communication issue between hotels.com and the actual hotel. The hotel had no rooms available when i booked and i couldn't contact either party about a refund for the issue. We had to leave and find another place to stay.

Terrible attitude
I reserved the room and was told when i got there they didn't have a room. They acted as if I'd done something wrong and were mad at me. Terrible attitude, I should have been the ibw who was mad.

Hotel very u professional
Made reservation and no rooms availble. Hotel is not making contact with hotels.com and they cannot refund me. Rooms were closed due to hurricane. But no communication from hotel to hotels.com

Terrible 😞 bugs all around. They tried giving me a room I didn't pay for didn't want to bother the staff cause they lived there. And worried they would try to have there friends rob or threaten me . No blankets just sheets make sure you bring a blanket. Tv didn't work right. Remote didn't work Internet wouldn't work.
