Pillows had stains on them. Staff wasn't particularly friendly, and lots of sketchy characters outside of the hotel at random times. It's not worth the price it's listed at, but it's also not a terrible hotel. If you don't have other options, then it's OK. Personally, I wouldn't stay a second time though.

空港バス停からも駅からも近く観光するのにとても便利だった。
大人2人と12歳の子供1人で宿泊したが、スリッパとタオルが2セットしか準備されておらず、スタッフにその旨伝えたところ、スリッパだけもらえた。（歯ブラシは3セットあり）
他の方の口コミにも有りましたが、『掃除をお願いします』の札がなかったので、掃除やタオル交換してもらえるか不安だったが、観光に行ってる間にやってくれてました。
全体的には満足です。

This has got to be the worst hotel I ever had the misfortune to stay at. The guys at the front desk only put on their mask when a guest arrives. Worst of all, they don't even check the guest's temperature (which is important these days with the covid19 pandemic). The room wasn't cleaned properly: dust on the furniture and hair on the floor. Uncomfortable bed. The walls are thin so you can hear the guests staying in the neighboring rooms. The only saving grace was the convenient location. Near the train station and within walking distance to the Han river parks. I definitely won't be staying here again.

그냥하루급하게묵기에좋음
관광호텔이라 큰기대는안햇지만 외형에비해 청결하지못햇어요.빗에머리카락이라던가 베드시트에 이물질 등이요 화장실에 휴지도 제대로없엇고....창문은 작은거하나있는데 시티뷰...그래도 직원분들 친절하시고 하루정도는 괜찮앗어요

2泊3日泊まりましたが安いのに部屋がとても綺麗でした。ですがエアコンのスイッチがなく暑くて窓を開けっぱなしにしてました。。日本語通じる人がいなかったのでスイッチがないと言っても通じなかったのでそこがいちばん残念でした。値段の割には快適なルームだったのでまた泊まりたいです。

安いわりには設備もよく部屋がきれいで広く過ごしやすかったです！
隣や上からの足音や声などもせずゆっくりできました。
場所が新沙のメインストリートからは離れていますが、歩いて行ける距離で
外もうるさくなく最適でした。
コンビニも多く滞在しやすいかと思います！
