こちらの見落としかも知れませんが連泊2日目のタオルが用意されていなかったのでTシャツで身体や髪を拭いたのがいい経験になりました。笑

Cozy environment to expeience a hanok stay. Location is good but sleeping on futon is a little uncomfortable as it's hard alhough the floor is heated ondol.

Simply Awesome
This was my second time staying at the 24 hanok in Gyeongbokgung and it never disappoints. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The guesthouses are very clean and secure. The location is amazing, your a short walk from a subway station, many restaurants to choose from, and not far from a bank that accepts foreign debit and credit cards for withdrawal. Not to mention it's a short walk from the Gyeongbokgung palace! A must see. I will definitely be staying at the 24 hanok again when I stay in Seoul.

I was told I had to give a 20,000 won cash deposit when I arrived, and that I'd receive it back when I checked out. I tried to check out, but nobody was at the reception desk, even though I was told they were available 24 hours. I never got that money back. Other than that, it was fine.

왜이리 평점 높은지 모르겠어요
한옥체험 원해서 선택했는데, 한옥느낌 별로없었어요. 에어컨냄새 엄청나고, 다른 방손님과 화장실, 욕실, 거실 공용사용이라 방콕해야해서 답답했고 모기에 세방이나 크게 물려서..여러모로 실망 했어요.
같은금액 깨끗한 호텔 많아요..한옥체험 따윈 할생각도 마시라 권해드려요..

Noites mal dormidas, boa localização
Como foi nossa primeira vez em Seul, queríamos repetir a experiência de reservar uma hospedagem típica.
O quarto era bastante pequeno, e tivemos de fazer malabarismos para conseguir abrir as malas.
O banheiro era compartilhado, e havia toalhas à disposição para uso comum, mas algumas vezes fomos tomar banho e faltou toalha, e em outras vezes nos secamos em toalha de rosto porque era o que havia disponível. O chuveiro é um chuveiro de mão simples, com um suporte. Funciona direitinho mas, novamente, não é dos banhos mais revigorantes.
Foram as noites mais mal dormidas. Os futons eram extremamente finos (de espessura), e, mesmo empilhando vários, ficava extremamente desconfortável. Sem contar que eram de medidas diferentes, então minha esposa e eu empilhamos vários e nos apertamos para tentar conseguir dormir.
O atendimento é ok, meu único pedido foi futons adicionais, mas não puderam fazer nada, pois disseram que "não tinham camas", mas nem era o q havíamos pedido. Fiquei com a impressão de que, por ser ocidental, assumiram que "não sabia" dormir em futons. Noutra viagem, nos hospedamos em um ryokan em Kyoto e tivemos uma experiência ótima. Dormimos em futons no chão, mas eram futons bastante confortáveis (bem diferentes destes). Então o problema não era ausência de camas.
Para não ficar no negativo, o lugar é bonito (exatamente como nas fotos), e a localização é ótima! O wi-fi também funcionou muito bem.
Contudo, não posso recomendar este hotel.

Awesome!
The Hanok was amazing. Very friendly and helpful staff. If your not used to sleeping on the floor they will gladly give u more futons. The location was very convenient. Not to far from a major palace, metro station and tons of local restaurants, coffee shops and bars. I fully recommend the Hanok 24 to anyone wanting to stay in Seoul.

一般的なホテルより韓国を実感できる！！
地下鉄駅からも近く、景福宮を始めとする観光スポットや飲食店も付近に多数あるので便利。
宿泊棟も新しく、キレイです。寝室は広くなく、布団２セット敷いたら、ほぼ一杯ですが、広々した
リビングやダイニングもあるので、窮屈さはありません。キッチンには電子レンジやトースター・
炊飯器など、ほぼ家庭並みの装備と食器類も完備されていて、とっても便利。フルオートの洗濯機も洗剤付で備わっています。またトイレも洗浄便座完備です。洗面・シャワー・トイレが１セット
ですので、誰かが使っていたら使えないこと。（洗面はバスルーム外にもう一つある）泊まった時は、同棟のお客様が男性一人だけだったので、トイレがかち合うことはありませんでしたが、そこは配慮が必要。また、敷き布団が薄くて、私達夫婦は、敷き布団を２枚重ねで、仲良く寝ました・・・。腰痛持ちの方、ご年配の方には、その点はオススメ出来ません。若い女性グループや
カップル・ご家族にはオススメできるお宿です。

프랑스 친구가 엄마랑 묵었어요..제가 대신 예약했었는데 약간의 문제가 있었지만 스텝들의 친절하고 빠른대응으로 잘 처리되어서 즐거운 여행 마치고 돌아갔답니다..친절하고 세심한 스텝분들 감사드려요..
그리고 시스템 문제의 개선이 빨리 처리되길 바래요..

Very nice unique guest house
It's very convenient location, lots of good and interesting restaurants. Nice to have a washing machine. Don't expect about breakfast too much but it's nice to see the note from staff attach with bread. Staffs are very friendly, We had lots of luggage (after three weeks of Viet Nam trip), staff helped to get a taxi and helped to load. That was very nice!!!

とても素敵なオーナーさまでした
韓国ならではの雰囲気が感じられる造りの韓屋で、綺麗に整えられていました。
専用の玄関と中庭を囲むようにして、リビングと3部屋があり私の他に日本人とドイツ人の方が宿泊。リビングはと～ってもいい香りが漂い、心地良かったです(^^)
朝食のパンにはメッセージが書いてあり感動しました♪
最終日、早めの便のためバタバタしていると、かなりの荷物を全て運びながら空港行きのバス停まで案内していただき、大変助かりました。その後も「あと数分でバスがきますよ～10000ｳｫﾝありますか～？」と大変親切でした。
次回も必ず宿泊したいと思います。

Just like home!
Stayed four nights with my 12 year-old son. It was a very comfortable stay. Near the metro station and bus stops. Very convenient location. They provided bottled water, fresh bread every morning, coffee/tea, and best of all a washing machine with a rack to dry your clothes. Will stay here again for sure :-)

Very cozy and comfortable
We booked the entire unit for my family of four so we get to have all 3 bedroom, the kitchen and the toilet. It feels very cozy and it was like a home away from home. The location is great also, as it’s around 5 minute walk from the subway station. The airport bus stop is very close by too,
