Lovely place but a few points to be mindful of
Stunning room, nice people running it, high standard decor, great location. It’s a lovely place but this isn’t a hotel. It’s two rooms above a restaurant. In addition the address on Google is incorrect. When you type in the name it pulls up a location with room pricing as well so you think that’s definitely it. But instead it takes you to their restaurant
10 min up the street. There was no email sent ahead of time explaining this, and it cost us 45 extra minutes of round about travel dragging luggage down the street to get there (which was very frustrating and frankly unnecessary). Had there been some basic communication to explain they had two sites, it would have made arrival much easier. When we arrived the staff were very confused when I asked for “the hotel” and it took them time to work out I was their guest which was bizarre. It’s ABSOLUTELY a great place to stay if you don’t mind it not being a hotel. One of the best rooms I’ve stayed in for some time for the price.
