Excelente, me colocando no quarto 1201 o hotel conseguiu resgatar 100% a experiência não muito boa que eu tivera em dezembro passado num quarto do 11o andar. Ar condicionado perfeito, quarto também com ventilador de teto, travesseiros maravilhosos de penas (e não de espuma), roupa de cama cheirando gostoso. Pessoal (como sempre) hiper eficiente: eu não tinha nem saído ainda do hotel após o check-out e rapidamente me avisaram que eu havia esquecido meu carregador de celular na tomada do quarto! A funcionária do salão de café (não me lembro o nome, mas era a única do sexo feminino ali, a mesma que nos atendeu em dezembro), como sempre muito prestativa e simpática. Único detalhe a ser resolvido: esse quarto 1201 está com formigas, é bom providenciar uma dedetização.

Infelizmente essa estadia no hotel não foi uma boa experiência. Tive que trocar o quarto e mesmo assim o ar condicionado não funciona, limpeza do box do banheiro ruim, cheiro de móveis antigos, travesseiros e colchão desconfortáveis.

Hotel precisa melhorar
Me hospedo no Constantino desde sua inauguração. Ele foi projetado para ser um hotel moderno e de luxo ao mesmo tempo. Ao longo dos anos foi de caindo por falta de gestão e manutenções necessárias. Hoje tem funcionários muito bons, nota 10 para o Lucas que fez o impossível para nos agradar, apesar das condições não ajudarem muito. Precisam com urgência trocar roupas de cama e banho, melhorar as amenities que são de péssima qualidade. Ter tvs que funcionem como smart tv realmente e manutenções no ar condicionado. Outro ponto importante: o restaurante, não servem café em momento algum. Caberia ao hotel já ter providenciado uma cafeteira para suprir essa falha, além da gastronomia ser fraquissima. Que tal substituir a empresa terceirizada? Melhorar também o café da manhã. No mais, a estrutura é boa, os quartos são amplos. Poderiam explorar melhor esse potencial.
