About this home

If you have a large group or extended family this is the home for you.
Hale Nui Ohana (Large family home) is a large 2 story home with
panoramic ocean views.
Both upper and lower areas have separate entrances.
Main upper floor has a full kitchen, dining, and media area with large
HD TV and sofa bed.
Two privacy bedrooms, a king master and a queen bedroom.. Master bath
off master bedroom and There is a large covered lanai with open area
for sunbathing. Seating for 12 and 3 chaise lounges.
Downstairs can also be accessed from inside stairway. Lower level has
a media area with large Samsung HD TV and sofa bed. There is a laundry
room with washer/dryer, deep sink, counter and cabinets. Two privacy
bedrooms with master King bedroom that opens to enclosed private lanai
with seating for 8. A 2nd bedroom with double bed. The main room
consists of a dining table that seats 6, a 2nd lounge area that seats
4 and a sofa bed. A separate room houses a Movie Theater with
projector system and seats 10 people comfortably. The house is just
minutes to beaches and ocean activities, shopping and restaurants.
