We stayed at the hotel every time we come visit Taiwan. The first couple of years was excellent but this time the drainage pipe on the vanity was blocked, the silicone in the bathroom was full of black mould. Not as good compared to the last few stays. The front desk did offer to resolve the blocked pipe problem but was very late at night and we only stayed for one night so we did not accept the offer. But overall the room was nice and comfy.

7 minutes walk from Banqiao station, not too bad. Close to the shopping depart and there are a lot of restraunt, very convenient. 15 minutes walk to night market. Hotel is new and room is quite clean.

The design of the room was able to cater for all our needs. We have no complaints for it. If it is possible, I wonder if the hotel can have a small rubbish bag for the rubbish bin in the room. One more thing, can the hotel put some sofa or something in the lobby. There is almost no place to stay.

My husband and I stay this hotel. We like the hotel. mattress is pretty good. It is clean and close to Banqiao MRT station(blue line). Blue line is a major line to go places such as Xinyi district or Ximending. We will recommend the hotel to who want to be close to railway station and MRT station.
