Great stay in York!
This charming and well-kept property is in a central location in York (York Village) and is very convenient to route 1, York's beaches, down-town York, Nubble Light, and Ogunquit. The home itself is clean, comfortable, and has everything you need for an extended stay. We utilized the large kitchen which is fully equipment with everything you need and enjoyed breakfasts and dinner on the very large table with extended family. The living room was comfortable and has a large TV with Netflx which was a hit with my family and we took advantage of the board games at night! The front porch is very relaxing for morning coffee and we used the grill for dinner one night. The owner was very responsive throughout the rental process and was available for any questions during our stay. Highly recommended for a stay in York!

Casual elegance
One of our nieces got married at Stage Neck Inn and our family (the six of us) had the opportunity to spend ten wonderful days in the Yorks and Cheri’s house was perfect for our stay. It’s close to the Harbor, The Village and you can get to Long and Short Sands the back way and avoid all the beach traffic! It’s also close to a supermarket, Route 1 and I-95 if you want to venture out. The house is warm and inviting and since most family members stayed at B&B’s or in hotel rooms, the home and the large dining room table became a gathering place for family members both before and after the wedding. The weather was nice, so we spent a lot of time at the beach and doing touristy things, the house was nice to come home to at the end of a long day. The bedrooms are cozy and everyone slept well. We grew up on the coast and now live in the West; it was nice to return after so many years. Should the opportunity present itself, we would definitely stay there again. Going forward and to help with others, the kitchen was awesome but the bins were too small! On vacation, you naturally produce a lot more trash/recyclables than you do at home and larger bins would help. Also, it was hot (July) and some good old Yankee ingenuity had us pin a bed sheet in the hallway on the third floor to prevent the ample cool air from running down the stairs! A rod and a curtain would work wonders. Other than those minor things, the house was great, has a lot of natural charm and is tastefully furnished and decorated. We appreciated our time there; it helped create memories for a lifetime.

Wonderful stay in York Maine! Best place to stay yet!
This is our family's fourth year vacationing in Maine. Our family of six fit comfortably in this beautiful condo on the main road that is close to everything. Two floors with large rooms for everyone to have room to spread out. Lots of unique shops and only 30 mins from Funtown Splashdown which is our children's favorite attraction in Saco. The condo was very clean, quiet, had everything we needed including a laundry room that we used every day. Wi-fi was excellent and even my husband enjoyed the blu-ray Star Wars movie collection. Beautiful home
Our family had a wonderful time staying at this home. It was beautiful and clean. It definitely felt like a home away from home. Cherie the home owner was very helpful and always quick to respond. We traveled with4 teenagers and our 12 year old American Bulldog and they all loved the house as well. A quick drive to the beach and several restaurants. York is a lovely town that we have visited several times, but never stayed. We are very happy we did this time.

Perfect in every way
We rented this home while in Maine for a wedding. It was our first time in the area, and we couldn’t have asked for a better location. This home was immaculate and the furnishings were fresh, tasteful and so charming. It is obvious that the owner truly takes pride in the property. It offered all of the comforts of home- my daughter especially loved all the books and movie selections. The layout of the home really worked well for us too. It actually was much more spacious than it appeared in the photos. We loved sitting outside on the charming porch in the evening and watching passers-by. The twinkle lights were an extra magical touch and also made the home easier to find when coming home in the evening. It was much more cost-effective for us than a hotel, and offered an overall better experience, privacy and conveniences of home. The owner was especially accommodating and such a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend a stay and would love to visit again!

Absolutely darling place! Plan on staying there again!
Loved the location and the way the condo is decorated! You're close enough to Boston for day trips. If you like to shop Kittery is close along with Ogunquit a quaint Maine village. Highly recommend this condo to anyone going to Maine. The owner Cherie left us this beautiful picture of the Nubble Light House as a reminder of our trip! Highly recommended!

Bright, spacious, comfortable, and convenient home in the heart of York
My extended family (two kids < 10 years, five adults) enjoyed a happy, relaxing, comfortable vacation in Cherie's beautiful home in York. The home is brightly lit, clean, spacious, and lovingly furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with essentials and appliances, and there are plenty of sheets, towels, and other linens in the bedrooms and bathroom. Cherie was always prompt, welcoming, and informative in her communications, and she made sure to (preemptively) answer all of our questions in advance. Arrival and departure were easy and convenient. Restaurants, beaches, and a large supermarket are all within short driving distance. We couldn't have asked for a lovelier home base for our Maine (and New Hampshire) summer vacation, and we hope to visit again soon!
