空間大且隔音良好但舒適度有待加強
空間很大，還有小客廳，裝潢風格也很可愛。一層一戶，隔音完善。但是冷氣吹了一個晚上後，鼻腔有些不舒服。床雖然柔軟，但是彈簧偏老舊，睡得不是很舒適。廁所的設備也偏老舊，乾濕分離的透明玻璃沒有在刷。

以CP值來說是非常符合的，房間空間真的非常的寬敞，但是很可惜的是在廁所設備維護上面，相對沒那麼的好，離夜市非常的近，步行即可到達，停車相對麻煩，需要去附近找停車場停。
