Keine Poolbar Kein Strandrestaurant Speisesaal wie ein Bahnhofrestaurant Shuttel in die Umgebung beschränkt sich auf eine Fahrt am Tag mit dem Personalbus nach Nha Trang bzw bis 5 km außerhalb des Centrums Kein Zimmerservice (das bei 5 Sternen) ?

Die Unterkunft war gut eingerichtet und sauber. Der Strand war ebenfalls sehr schön. Leider ist das Hotel doch etwas von Cam Ranh entfernt. Um Essen zu gehen war ein Taxi erforderlich, wo der Fahrer sich nicht wirklich für den Lokaltransport zuständig sah. Das Personal bevorzugt die Vietnamesische Sprache, wo ich mir in einem 5 Sterne Hotel erwarte, dass Englisch gesprochen werden sollte. Wenn man Essen oder Getränke von Außerhalb des Hotels mitgebracht hat wurde eine Servicegebühr dafür bei der Rezeption eingehoben.

周辺にコンビニや飲食店もなく不便かもしれませんがゆっくり過ごすのにはとても良かったです。空港から近いので夜便や早朝便を利用するにはとても良かったです。朝4時にチェックアウトしたのですが朝食を持ち帰り用で用意してくれてました。

Horrible

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my whole life. No food no drinks. If you want beer good luck because the bar next to the pool is closed. If you want a beach towel you will have to beg. A.C. unit didn't work in room. Had to ask many times for repair.

Bad experience

This hotel was so disappointing!! We only had 1 night booked here and are so glad we weren’t staying longer. They advertised 2 restaurants and room service available but when we arrived there was only 1 restaurant open where you could only get the buffet (that looked very average) for 800,000 VNG pp. They said we couldn’t get room service at the time we called (approx 7pm) because they were too busy. We the had a very loud noise we could hear from our room which took 3-4 Phone calls to reception to ask them to look into what it was. The one positive was that the staff made sure to pack us a breakfast to go early as we had an early flight. This was a very kind gesture. Overall though our stay was below average and very dissapointing.

Une grande déception

Très mauvaise après un séjour 8 jours. Nous avions hâte de quitter dès le premier jour. Hôtel isolé à 30 kms de la belle ville de Nha Trang. Plage sale et secteur en plein construction d immeubles...39 projets en cours à Kam ran. Extrêmement bruyant à cause de bus et de bus et de bus chinois et ce à toute heure. La salle a manger bondée c est le summum du bruit ....ça crie constamment à cause de l écho et aussi dû à l incapacité de répondre à la demande. Il y a 3 bâtiments et une salle à manger (810 chambres!). Impossible d aller manger ailleurs donc on impose le buffet à 20 dollars le soir. Mais la bouffe est bonne et le personnel sympathique mais débordé c est visible . l administration mise sur les groupes chinois donc l'argent entre....et le reste bon c est pas important. La piscine est superbe et il y a un hôtel tout près bruyant. Une chance que l on offre un transport vers la ville et ce gratuitement avec un très gentil chauffeur. merci d aviser les futurs victimes....car il y a de belles photos !

Новый пляжный отель, но плохо обученный персонал

Из плюсов: Отель новый, номера достаточно просторные и почти из всех шикарный вид на океан, неплохие завтраки, три больших бассейна. Из минусов: персонал стоит на ресепшене толпой, но по факту работает один и очень медленно, при большом количестве русских туристов нет русскоговорящего сотрудника, чемоданы от такси и до самого номера пришлось нести самим, шезлонги на бассейне не убирают, грязные пепельницы и стаканы стоят на них по несколько дней. Есть три магазинчика в отеле, но в них одни сувениры, товаров необходимых для проживания - элементарной питьевой воды в них нет, при том что в этом районе других магазинов также нет.

단점 1. 냐짱 시내에서 멀어서 시간적 부담과 교통비 부담이 있음 2. 객실이 많이 차지 않으면 조식뷔페 음식을 새로 준비하지 않아 지저분 함.(빵이 상하고 음식에 벌레가 꼬이고 시들시들함) 3. 직원들간 인수인계가 잘 되지 않아서 예약한것이 전달되지 않는 경우가 있음. 4. 옆 호텔 앞 해변에 비해 해변이 지저분함. 5. 외곽지라서 호텔근처에 아무것도 없음 장점 1. 직원들이 친절함 2. 교통이 불편하나 택시 콜서비스가 잘되어 있음 3. 깜란공항에서 가까워 장시간비행 후 빨리 휴식을 취할수있음 4. 객실이 넓고 깨끗함 5. 물(수질)이 좋음 6. 산책로가 있음 기타 : 러시아사람이 많음. 단점이 많아보이지만 전체적인 느낌은 만족스러움.

HOTEL FROM HELL

I already sent Expedia a detailed email complaining about our experience. no reply after 7 days. Appalling service!!!! Below is only part of my complaint as space won't allow all the words: We are checking out of this disaster of a hotel. After 7 days enough is enough!!! If the misleading photos on your website weren’t enough. See actual photos from our room (attached). When we arrived we were told we had to stay in Building B not the main hotel building A with all facilities, we told them we were on our Honeymoon but they either did not understand or just didn’t care. Building B is surrounded by unfinished gardens, outbuildings, pools half full of green water that stinks like sewerage and a filthy beach that they attempt to clean by digging holes in the sand to bury the rubbish, alas the next day it is worse as the tide uncovers it all overnight. This hotel is only Chinese friendly, they have no proper English speaking staff, the food is gross and the breakfast is like being in a competition with Chinese guests bumping you out of the way to get at the offerings. The room only gets half made up with bins not emptied or no towels left at all. Then we waste time with complaint calls to reception and no English skills so takes several people and visiting our room to resolve. If we go to the front counter we are greeted with limited staff 3 or 4 having to deal with aggressive tour operators and guest struggling to get their passports returned, arguing and screaming about bills...

Nice hotel. No one stays. No food

We booked this hotel because the pictures show beautiful place. We stayed there and were surprise that a big hotel, not many people stayed. Its beach front is not ready for guest to get to the beach. No pool bar, no restaurant for lunch or dinner. We had to take a cab far into town to eat. Next door hotel is very crowded. I wonder something wrong there. Customer service not well trained. Breakfast was ok.

Nice hotel but still need improvement

Nice location, hotel in very quiet place. But the staff need to be improvement! Knock on my door eventhough i put "do not distub" sign on my door, at least need to call ahead before knock on the door! the restaurant need to be improvement, especially the menu!
