Very good 8.0
Great hotel with amazing choice for breakfast and impressive rooms, however parking was available with local ncp parking which was a 5 minute walk also the bin was not emptied and a light was constantly flickering on and off.

Perfect for business not for kids
Staff is lovely, breakfast could be a little more fresh but the rooms are quite clean and it’s modern. Perfect if you want somewhere very quiet. Aren’t a lot of amenities (there is a gym and that’s really it).

Good 6.0
Uncomfortable experience due to waitresses 8/12/19
The hotel was beautiful! Our room was amazing and the service from Jessica when we arrived was very welcoming. Although, the following day when we had breakfast I was made to feel extremely uncomfortable by two of the waitresses who’s name I did not catch. When walking into the restaurant I noticed one of the girls (long blonde hair in a pony tail) look me up and down and say something to another waitress (long brown hair in pony tail, foreign accent) who then also stared at me and looked me up and down. Now, I am not one for confrontation but these girls made it very obvious that they were talking about either me or my boyfriend as they did this more than once. The girls made me feel incredibly uncomfortable, a feeling you should not feel when your having breakfast in a hotel especially by the waitresses! How unprofessional. The looks & the whispering became more and more obvious in which I said something to my partner as it put my off my food! I felt so uncomfortable and he then said that he noticed too! These girls should absolutely not be working in this type of industry, they are clearly way too immature, rude and nasty. It’s such a shame to be saying this. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel, hence my first review about check in. Me and my partner travel to Manchester quite frequently because we love the city and we are still to find the perfect hotel! We thought this was the one, but after how uncomfortable I was made to feel we will not be returning.
