Hotels üzerinden daha uygun fiyata aldığımız için otel resepsiyonundaki Vildan hanım bize giriş katında manzarasız bir oda verdi. Ayrıca 15 dk başka işlerle uğraşıp uzun yoldan geldiğimizi belirtmemize rağmen odaya almak için bizi bekletti. Beklerken çay kahve içmeyi önermek bir yana dursun, donuk memnuniyetsiz bir hali vardı. Otele gelince odaları küçük ama temiz. Kahvaltı da fena değildi yeterliydi ancak ben güleryüze, misafirperverliğe önem veren biri olduğum için karşılama büyük yere sahip. Devamında aldığım hizmet kötü olmasa da tam bir memnuniyet yaşayamadım.

Odamın ücretsiz olarak upgrade edilmiş olması da bana küvetli odada kalma olanağı sağladı ki oda koşullarım gerçekten harikaydı. Olmasını beklediğim tek şey hamam kullanmak için ihtiyaç duyabileceğim kese/sabun gibi malzemelerin spa girişinde temin edilebiliyor olmasıydı.
