"The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful surprise! Alazne at the front desk went above and beyond for us, including in making personalized recommendations for places to visit (based on our interests), and for places to eat (each of which were fantastic). If you visit, I hope you have the pleasure of being greeted by Alazne! I cannot wait to visit beautiful Florence and the Orto De Medici again. "

"Everything about this stay was excellent. Marco was able to check us in early because the rooms were cleaned quickly. That trend continued all stay long. Very clean hotel with great service. Shower got very hot and had good pressure. Beds were good but the pillows were very flat. Fresh and free European breakfast every morning to start the day off right. Room was decent sized for Europe with a flat screen TV with lots of channels. The toilet was totally retro. Location is amazing. Staff is great. I would highly recommend."
